Refund Policy
Repair Refund and Replacement of Product and Service.
Any product purchased once can be repaired free of service cost within the 7 days of the product received by the buyer, any extra material added will be charged accordingly.
Product purchased once can be refunded back on the value of gold, silver and any other valuable metal present in the original product.
Stones and labor cost will be deducted if the product is returned by the customer.
Product designs are subjective and may differ by margins from the actual image. The color contrast also needed to be taken care of by the customer.
